Benefits of Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar

Every morning that I wake up I brew a warm cup of water followed by two table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar. The benefits that I have experienced is feeling more alert, whiter teeth, and glowing skin. ACV has proven to improve one’s immune system, lower cholesterol, and help get rid of belly fat. In my opinion, it’s a great substitute from coffee.
